Applications are invited for DBT funded project entitled “Therapeutic hypothermia and Neuronal biomarkers in term neonates with Hypoxic Ishemic Encephalopathy - a Randomized controlled trial

Research Fellow - Total 1 No. (Temporary)
Duration: Time bound for a period of 1 year (likely to continue beyond 1 year)
Qualifications: PG Diploma in Clinical Child Development.
Desirable: Experience in development assessment and early stimulation.
Age limit: Upper age limit 30 years.
Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs.14,000/- per month+20% HRA as per DBT rules.

RECRUITMENT OF TECHNICAL OFFICERS FOR VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Position: Technical Officers 
Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Thanjavur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

Eligibility: 
1. Age not exceeding 28 years as on 01-09-2014 (relaxation can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience)
2. Graduation in B.E. (or equivalent) – Civil in 10+2+3 format from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage.
3. Minimum 3 years relevant prior experience in HFCs/ Banks/ FIs in technical appraisal of residential/ commercial properties
4. Fluency in respective vernacular language besides English is must. Fluency in spoken Hindi would be appreciated. 
5. For internal candidates of Repco Group of institutions, those who are eligible for elevation to this cadre as per the internal promotion policy can only apply and all applications shall be routed through proper channel or with NOC from the Competent Authority. Acceptance of applications will depend on fulfillment of the eligibility criterion as detailed above. 

Job Description: 
TECHNICAL APPRAISAL
1. Inspection of immovable properties in person and assessing the true and fair market value thereon. Applicant shall be well versed with local laws and building rules & regulations.
2. Evaluation & verification of legitimacy of properties.
3. Verification of the construction estimation & recommendation.
4. Verification and authentication of stage releases
5. Pre-Approval of projects
6. Identification of upcoming building projects in surrounding areas and viability thereon
7. Marketing support to branch

Pay & Perquisites: 
CTC starting from Rs.6.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable). Experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market norms. The company has a performance linked ESOP scheme.
