Educational Qualification:
a) For Paper Mills at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamil Nadu:
1 Chief General Manager (Production) - First class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with First class full time post graduate diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology + Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large size continuous process plant, as on 01/06/2018
b) For Corporate Office at Chennai, Tamil Nadu:
2. Assistant General Manager (Legal) - 3 / 5 years Full time B.L Degree from a recognized University + Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/06/2018 in handling legal matters in large industrial organization of repute
3. Senior Manager (HR) / Manager (HR) / Deputy Manager (HR) - Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM. (or) Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with Specialication in HR. + for Senior Manager (HR): Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/06/2018. for Manager (HR): Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/06/2018. for Deputy Manager (HR): Should have minimum 14 years of post qualification experience as on 01/06/2018.
