Educational Qualification:

1. Project Technician-III - 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in medical Laboratory (or) One Year DMLT + one year of laboratory experience in a recognized organization

2. Field Officers - 10th pass or equivalent with certificate course in Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) in Government recognized institute/board.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 30 Years), (For Post 2 - 25 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification awarded by any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or the State Board as the case may be.

(a) A Degree of M.A., Labour Management (formerly known as MLM) awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai OR

(b) (i) Any Degree

AND

(ii) A Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Social Science or Labour Relations or Social Welfare

or

A Diploma in Labour Laws awarded by the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi

or

A Diploma in Labour Laws and Administrative Laws

or

A Degree in Law or Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Administration awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies

or

A Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare awarded by the Madras Productivity Council or Coimbatore Productivity Council

or

Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations awarded by the Madurai Institute of Social Work, Madurai or M.A. Degree in Work Education awarded by the University of Madras.

Age Concession

(i) For Differently Abled Persons

(a) No maximum age limit for applicants who belong to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs.

(b) “Others” not belonging to any of the categories mentioned in item“a” above are eligible for age concession upto 10 years over and above the maximum age limit prescribed.

(ii) For Ex-servicemen

(a) No maximum age limit for applicants who belong to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs.

(b) The maximum age limit is 48 years for “Others” i.e. applicants not belonging to any of the categories mentioned in item “(a)” above.

(c) The above mentioned age concession will not apply to the Ex-servicemen applicants those who have already been recruited to any class or service or category.
