விரிவாக்கப்பணிகள் மற்றும் கூடுதல் கிளைகள் தொடங்குவதால் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான பட்டதாரிகளை எழுத்து மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு நடத்தி வங்கிப்பணிகளுக்கு எஸ்.பி.ஐ, தேர்வு செய்கிறது.

அரசுடைமை ஆக்கப்பட்ட பிற 19 வங்கிகள் தங்களுக்கு தேவையான அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் கிளார்க்குகளை தேர்வு செய்ய ஐ.பீ.பி.எஸ். என்ற அமைப்பு செயல்படுகிறது. அந்த அமைப்பு சார்பில் ஆண்டுதோறும் பொது எழுத்து தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு நடத்தப்படுகிறது. இதில் பெறும் முதன்மை மதிப்பெண்கள் அடிப்படையில் தகுதியான நபர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு இந்த 19 வங்கிப்பணிகளுக்கும் அனுப்பப்படுகிறார்கள்.

ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை அச்சிடும் மத்திய அரசு நிறுவனத்தில் டெக்னீசியன் உள்ளிட்ட பணிகளுக்கு 112 பேர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள்.

இது பற்றிய விவரம் வருமாறு:–

‘செக்யூரிட்டி பிரிண்டிங் மற்றும் மின்டிங் கார்ப்பரேசன் ஆப் இந்தியா லிமிடட்’ நிறுவனம், இந்திய ரூபாய் நோட்டுகள் மற்றும் அரசு ஆவணங்களை அச்சிடும் நிறுவனமாகும். ஸ்பிம்சில் (ஷிறிவிசிமிலி) என்று சுருக்கமாக அழைக்கப்படும் இந்த நிறுவனம் 9 அலகுகளைக் கொண்டது. இதில் ஒரு அலகான ‘பேங்க் நோட் பிரஸ்’ நிறுவனம் மத்திய பிரதேச மாநிலம் திவாஸ் நகரில் செயல்படுகிறது. தற்போது இந்த நிறுவனத்தில் டெக்னீசியன், சூப்பிரவைசர், அலுவலக உதவியாளர் உள்ளிட்ட பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படுகிறது. மொத்தம் 112 பேர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். ஐ.டி.ஐ. மற்றும் டிப்ளமோ படித்தவர்களுக்கு பணி வாய்ப்புகள் உள்ளன.

ரிசர்வ் வங்கியில் ‘கிரேடு–பி’ ஆபீசர் பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படுகிறது. மொத்தம் 98 பேர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள்.

இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி, நமது நாட்டிலுள்ள அனைத்து வங்கிகளின் தலைமை வங்கியாக செயல்படுகிறது. இந்த வங்கியில் பணிபுரிவது இளைஞர்கள் பலரின் கனவாக இருக்கும். அவர்களுக்கு சிறந்த வாய்ப்பளிக்கும் விதமாக தற்போது அதிகாரி (கிரேடு பி ) பணியிடங்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. மொத்தம் 98 பேர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். இவர்கள் ‘டிப்பார்ட்மென்ட் ஆப் எக்கனாமிக் அன்ட் பாலிசி ரிசர்ச்’ பணியில் ஈடுபடுத்தப்படுவார்கள்.
