Funding Agency: University Grants Commission, New Delhi

Tenure of the project: Two years or till the end of the project period.

Position: Project Assistant (1 no.)

Essential qualification: First class M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/Microbiology/Biotechnology and other related decipline.

Desirable qualification: Experience in an area relevant (Molecular Systems Engineering) to the project.

Fellowship: Rs. 5000 per month as per the UGC norms.

Upper age limit: 28 years

Walk in Interview for a JRF in DST sponsored Major Research Project

One Junior Research Fellow position (Rs.17,000/ pm ) is available at Department of Environmental Biotechnology ,Bharathidasan University,Tiruchirappalli- 620 024 to work on the Major Research Project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India entitled “Quantification and Characterization of Disinfection by- products in drinking water sampled from various places of Tamilnadu”.

ELIGIBILITY

Applications are invited from individuals who have high motivation to do the research with First class in M.Sc. Environmental Sciences/ M.Sc.Environmental Biotechnology/ M.Sc. Biotechnology.

Interested candidates should bring their complete CV with details of marks secured in all the subjects from plus two stage ( With Proof),full postal and permanent address,sex, date of birth, Community etc., along with any additional qualification or experience and two addresses of referees whom could be contacted.
