JOINING AND PROJECT ALLOCATION PROCESS :-

SUCCESSFULLY RECRUITED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO JOIN HCL LEAP(LEARN AND EARN ACCELLERATOR PROGRAM)

PHASE1 – TRAINING AT HCL TECHNOLOGIES CAMPUS – MANESAR (NEAR GURGAON) FOR 3 MONTHS.

PHASE 2 – OJT AT THE RESPECTIVE HCL OFFICES. PREFERENCE WOULD BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE’S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY) FOR 3 MONTHS.

PHASE 3 – DEPLOYMENT IN THE PROJECT OF HCL – GIVING PREFERENCE TO THE CANDIDATE’S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY).
