for the temporary post of PROJECT
ATTENDANT
for
“Centre
For Finite Element Analysis And Design (CFEAD)”
handled by DEPT
OF CIVIL ENGG.
In
case suitable candidates from SC/ST category are not available,
applicants from other categories will be considered.
DURATION:
Initially for a period of one year and likely to be extended.
QUALIFICATION:
10th
standard exam appeared.
EXPERIENCE:
to be familiar with the following works with 3 years experience.
- Operation of concrete mixers and vibrators.
- Bar bending up to 32mm tor steel.
- Stirrup making for all kinds of concrete specimens.
- Operation of maintenance of hydraulic equipments and pumps.
- Assistance during B.TECH and M.TECH classes.
EMOLUMENTS:
On a starting Consolidated pay in the range of Rs.7,000/- –
Rs.18,000/- pm.
AGE
LIMIT:
The maximum age limit upto which candidate can work in the project is
30 years for SC/ST & 28 years for other categories
NOTE:
The candidates who have completed 29 years in the case of SC/ST
category & 27 years in the case of Other category as on the date
of announcement need not apply.
The
Principal Investigator has the discretion to restrict the number of
candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the
basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum
prescribed in the announcement.
Application
on plain paper giving name, date of birth, age, address, full details
of educational qualifications (stating the marks, ranks, year of
passing), community and experience etc., along with copies of
certificates, should reach the following address on or before
15.09.2014.Candidates
already working in a project at IIT, Madras should send their
application through the Co-ordinator of the project.
