WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

       Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment of One Senior Research Fellow purely on temporary basis under ICAR Consortium Research Platform on Genomics (CRP) funded project of this institute.

Date & Time Venue of Interview	Monday 24th  August, 2015 at 10.00 a.m.  at CIBA, Chennai
Project Name	“Whole Genome Sequencing of  Indian white Shrimp   Penaeus indicus”
Duration	Up to March 2017 / co-terminus with the project
Essential Qualification	Master's Degree in Fisheries  Science with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. OR Candidates having post graduate degree in (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Zoology/Life sciences) with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification
Desirable	Candidates having working knowledge in molecular biology techniques will be preferred
Emoluments	Rs.25000/- for the 1st and 2nd year Rs.28000/- for the 3rd year + 30% HRA per month
Age Limit	Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of interview. Age limits are relaxable for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per rules.
