For the post of Deputy Manager (Marine Services)
Educational Qualification:
Should possess a Certificate of competency as 2nd Mate(Foreign Going) / MEO class-IV issued by GOI or equivalent.
(or)
Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent. Should have served in the rank of Sub Lieutenants in Executive / Technical branch of Indian Navy
 (or)
Graduate in any discipline or equivalent. Should have served in the rank of Asst Commandant in executive/technical branch of Indian Coast Guard
Essential Experience:
Should have worked as Watch keeping engineer in a foreign going vessel atleaset for a period of 1 year and 2 years experience in Marine Department in any port, terminal or shipping company including shipping agency.
(or)
3 Years Experience in the rank of Sub Lieutenant in executive / technical branch of Indian Navy.
(or)
3 Years Experience in the rank of Asst. Commandant(2 years) in executive / technical branch of Indian Coast Gurad.
For the post of Junior Executive Civil
Educational Qualification:
1st class(60% or more) B.E./B.Tech from recognized institution in Civil.
Essential Experience:
Fresher
Note: Junior Executive will be in the pay scale of E0 for a period of 2 years. On successful completion of training, they will be placed in the scale of E1.
Age Relaxation:
  1. Upper age limit is relaxable for PHP and Ex-servicemen as per existing Govt. Rules
  2. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years to candidates presently working in Central /State Government or Central
    State PSU or Autonomous Bodies in permanent posts.
  3. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years to candidates who have ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir division of
    J & KState during 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989.
  4. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for Children/family members of those who died in the 1984 riots.
  5. No age relaxation would be available for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved Post/vacancies.
                                                       
General Conditions:
  1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming   appointment.
  2. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (non Creamy layer) and Persons with disabilities (PWD) / Ex-Servicemen category exists as per Government of India Guidelines.  Candidates belonging to OBC Category are required to submit recent certificate stating that they do not come under the purview of “Creamy Layer” from a competent authority in the prescribed format issued by the Government of India.
  3. Education Qualification, Age and Experience limit prescribed is as on the date of Advertisement.
  4. The Company reserves the right to consider only those candidates for interview who according to its decision rank high in terms of eligibility criteria.
  5. Decision of the company with regards to eligibility of candidates will be final.  Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidates for admission to interview or selection.
  6. Company reserves the right to fill all or partially or not to fill any of the post/s. The No. of post/s to be filled may decrease or increase depending on the actual / future requirement of the Company.

  14.  Medical Standard:
    Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standard prescribed by the Company.  Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to medical fitness duly certified by the Company’s Authorized Medical Officers. No relaxation in health standard is allowed.

    (2)            The application should be accompanied with:
    1. with self-attested photocopies of Certificate and Marks Sheets in proof of Educational Qualification (X Std / SSLC onwards)
    2. with self-attested photocopies of Experience Certificate/s with a latest salary certificate containing detailed particulars of Basic Pay, Scale of Pay, Perks, etc.
    3. SC/ST Category candidates should attach self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
    4. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category candidates should attach self-attested photocopy of recently obtained community certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format (not older than 6 months as on date of advertisement).
    5.  in case of candidates from Government / Quasi Government / PSU, the application should be forwarded through proper channel or No Objection Letter from the present Employer has to be produced at the time of Interview.
