Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 26-05-2017. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed H.S.C (12th) from any reputed Board or University, pass Stenography in English in Lower Grade, pass type writing in English/ Malayalam/ Telugu in Lower Grade & have Type Writing in English in the higher grade.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Competitive Examination & Interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of the relevant certificates mentioned in the notification & in an envelop should be superscribed as “Application for the Recruitment of the posts of Stenographer Gr-II” with recent passport size photograph to The under Secretary to Govt (DP & AR Exam), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms Puducherry, Chief Secretariat, Puducherry – 605001 on or before 26-05-2017 before 05:45 PM.
