Educational Qualification:
1. Scientist D - First class Master’s degree in Sociology / Social Work from a recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum seven years practical experience in Social research in Community Development/ Livelihood development
2. Scientist C - First class Master’s degree in Marine Sciences (or) first class degree in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum three years’ experience in environmental modelling
3. Scientist B - First class Master’s degree in Natural Science from a recognized University (or) Equivalent.
4. Junior Software Engineer - Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and software development
5. Junior Application Engineer - Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and software development
6. Senior Technical Assistant - Three years regular Diploma in Engineering / Graduate degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience in scientific instruments
7. Senior Laboratory Assistant - Three years regular Diploma in Engineering / Graduate degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience in scientific instruments
8. Senior Librarian - Master’s degree in Library Science or Master degree with PG Diploma in library science from a recognized university. Must have overall working experience of at least 10 years in library Should possess sound knowledge of application of IT in library management
9. Librarian - Must possess a graduate degree and have Diploma in Library Science. Minimum 8 years of experience in membership enrolment, purchase and arranging of books/ journals, cataloguing the new arrivals of books, maintenance of accession register, issues / receipts of books
10. PS to Director - Graduate with proficiency in shorthand (120 wpm) and typing (50 wpm). Experience to handle word processor, secretarial practice
11. Accountant - Graduate in commerce or economics with minimum 3 year's experience in accounting
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (Post 1, 8 - 45 Years), (Post 2, 9 - 40 Years), (Post 3-7, 9, 10 -35 Years).
