NPCIL MAPS Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Trade Apprentice (ITI): ITI pass certificate in the respective trade.

• Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in engineering/technology in the relevant discipline.

• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Graduate degree in non-engineering fields like BA, B.Sc., B.Com., or other general streams.

Age Limit (as of April 30, 2025):

• Trade Apprentice (ITI): 18 to 24 years

• Diploma Apprentice: 18 to 25 years

• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): 18 to 26 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years

• OBC candidates: 3 years

• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years

• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

• PwBD (OBC): 13 years

• Ex-servicemen: As per government policy

Stipend:

• Trade Apprentice (ITI): Rs. 7,700/- (after one year) and Rs. 8,050/- (after two years)

• Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/-

• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Rs. 9,000/-
