Candidates should ideally B.E. Civil from reputed Universities and have post qualification experience of not less than 10 years in CPWD / State PWD. Diploma holders 20 years similar experience may also apply.

Scope of work: includes regular initiation and completion of Civil infrastructure like selection of Architect / contractor and monitor work progress and quality on on-going basis / award of civil work order and Liasoning with CPWD / State PWD for completion of projects and supervision of projects as per Central Government norms. Applicants having ample experience in creating and managing Civil infrastructure in a Academic Institute are preferred.

SENIOR LEGAL CONSULTANT (ON CONTRACT)
Candidates should ideally be a full time first class Graduate in law from a recognized University with minimum 10 years relevant post qualification post qualification experience. 

Retired officials from Central / State Govt. having adequate legal experience dealing with legal matters / cases including departmental inquires as per CCS (CCA) rules and vigilance matters will be preferred.

The aspiring candidates for the above positions will be paid a consolidated salary which will commensurate with his qualification and experience.

JAWAHARLAL INSTITUTE OF POST GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION & RESEARCH

Applications are invited from Indian citizens and the Overseas Citizens of India for the post of Director, Jawaharlal Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education & Research, Puducherry. The qualifications for the said post are as under:-
1. QUALIFICATION
ESSENTIAL: 
a. A high postgraduate qualification in Medicine or Surgery or Public Health and their branches. 
b. Teaching and, or research experience of not less than ten years. 
c. Twenty-five years standing in the Professions. 
d. Extensive practical & Administrative experience in the field of medical relief, medical research, medical education or public health organization and adequate experience of running an important scientific educational institution either as its Head or Head of a Department. 
2. SCALE OF PAY: 
a. Rs. 80,000/- fixed + NPA of 25% of basic pay (Pay + NPA does not exceed Rs.85000/-). 
b. Residential accommodation will be provided in the Institute’s campus on payment of standard rate of license fee under F.R. 45 or 10% of pay, whichever is less. 
c. Other Allowances as admissible. 
3. UPPER AGE LIMIT: 
Not exceeding sixty years. Relaxable for Government servants or retired Government servants or serving or retired persons from autonomous institutions or statutory institutions of State or Central Government or exceptionally qualified candidates.
 4. TENURE OF SERVICE: 
The appointment of Director shall be a tenure appointment for five years from the date on which he enters upon his office period or till he/she attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. 
5. PROBATION: One year.
