Applications are invited for the following positions to work in the Department of
Biotechnology, Govt. of India sponsored research project entitled “Herbal immunostimulants
formulated feed to protect shrimp (Penaeus monodon and Litopenaeus vannamei) from
WSSV infection”.
Position 1: Junior Research Fellow (One)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Zoology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology) and NET
qualified. Non-NET candidates may also apply (considered when NET
qualified candidates are not available).
JRF Fellowship: Rs. 25, 000 + 30% H.R.A p.m. for first and second year
Rs. 28,000 + 30% H.R.A p.m. for third year
Duration: Three years
Position 2: Field Assistant (One)
Qualification: Minimum 10th class passed
Salary: Rs. 8,000 p.m. (Consolidated)
Duration: Three years
