Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) to work in the DRDO sponsored research project at the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, School of Physics, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli - 620 024. 

Title of the Project: One-Dimensional semiconductor based (In,Ga)N photocatalytic hydrogen generation 

Designation : JRF 

Duration : 36 months 

Fellowship : Rs. 25,000 

Qualifications : First class in M.Sc Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/ M.Sc or M.Tech in Nanotechnology (M.Sc Candidates with CSIR-NET/GATE are preferred)
