Applications are invited for the Post of JRF (Junior Research Fellow) for DST-SERB  funded project in School of Bio-Sciences and Technology (SBST) for a period of four years.

Project Title: “Identification of novel peptide based inhibitors for TCR signalling”. Number of positions: 1 (One) Qualification and Experience for the post: MSc in any branch of biology. The candidate  should have at least two years of research experience in animal cell culture.. Stipend: Rs.20,000/- (Consolidated per month) Nature of the appointment: The post is purely temporary. An appointment will be provided  for a period of 1 year, with possibility of renewable for a maximum of total four years, subject to  renewal of project from DST-SERB. Pay Scale:

Educational Qualification:

For post 1:  Officers of IAS/ Allied Services holding analogous posts on regular basis OR officers in the PB-3 of Rs. 15600- 39100 with GP of Rs. 7600 having at least 5 years’ service in the Grade from Officers of IAS & allied services OR officers in the PB-3 of Rs. 15600- 39100 with GP of Rs. 6600 having at least 10 years’ service in the Grade from Officers of IAS & Allied services.

For post 2: Officers from Central Organized Accounts Services/ Indian Revenue Services holding analogous post on regular basis OR with 5 years in regular service in the PB-3 of Rs. 15600- 39100 with GP of Rs. 7600  or equivalent.
