Qualification : Already obtained Ph.D. degree in Mathematics on or after 1st October 2015, or submitted Ph.D. thesis in Mathematics (and waiting for the degree), or going to submit Ph.D. thesis very soon, with a strong background in Lattices in Lie Groups, Algebraic Groups and Matrix algebras over division rings. The candidate should have working knowledge of the theory of representations of real reductive Lie groups. The candidate should also have familiarity with AMSTex or Latex.

Title of the Project : Identification of novel micro RNAs involved in the modulation of lung cancer related genes by tea polyphenols

Qualification : M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Pharm in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry. Candidates with research experience/NET/GATE qualified will be preferred. 

Stipend : Rs.20,000/- + 10% HRA (Rs.22,000/- p.m.). 

Line of Work : NGS of small RNA, miRNA prediction and validation, Western blot/RT PCR analysis, maintaining cancer cell lines.
