Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant General Manager (Production) / Senior Manager (Production) - First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. For Assistant General Manager: Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant. For Senior Manager: Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant.
2. Senior Manager (Mechanical) - First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering + Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant.
3. Senior Manager (Instrumentation) - First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology /Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering + Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant.
4. Manager (Mechanical) / Deputy Manager (Mechanical) - First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering. + For Manager:- Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant. For Deputy Manager:- Should have minimum 14 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant.
5. Manager (Production) / Deputy Manager (Production) - First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. + For Manager:- Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017. For Deputy Manager: Should have minimum 14 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017.
