• Specialization in Geotechnical Engineering/ Structural Engineering is preferred for Civil Engineering.
• Specialization in Finance/Case Study Teaching/Industry Exposure is preferred for MBA.
• Should have a good Publication record.

Desirable Skills for Engineering Fields/ Management studies:

• A minimum of three publications from SCI journals is desirable for Professors/ Associate Professors.
• Proven experience in conducting international conferences/ FDP/ Workshops.
• Proven experience for getting Grants/funds/Consulting from government and Non-government companies
• Proven experience to lead a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Should have knowledge in NAAC, NBA, ISO and other related documentation works.
