1. Manager (Vet./P&I) - Must possess a Degree in Vety. Science from a recognized University. Must have registered with Vety. Council
2. Manager (Marketing) - Must possess any Degree and MBA from a recognized University / Institution (or) any degree and 2 years Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized University / Institution
3. Junior Executive (Office) - Must be a Graduate in any discipline and pass in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc.No. 51928/2013/SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing cooperative training.
4. Technician (Refrigeration) - 1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. 2. ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioner Mechanic with NTC (or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5. Technician (Electrical) - 1. SSLC / X Std. Pass. 2. Must possess ITI in the trade of Electrician with National Trade Certificate and Lineman/Wireman ‘B’ Licence (or) Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ‘C’ Licence.
6. Technician (Boiler) - 1) Pass in VIII Std. 2) Must possess Boiler Attendant. Certificate Gr.II/Gr.III issued by the Director of Boiler, Chennai to operate boilers as per the norms prescribed by the authority.
7. Heavy Vehicle Driver - 1) Must have passed VIII Std. or its Equivalent. 2) Must be in possession of valid Driving Licence to driver Heavy Vehicles. 3) Must possess a minimum 3 years experience as Heavy Vehicle Driver.
8. Light Vehicle Driver - 1) Must have passed VIII Std. 2) Must be in possession of valid Driving Licence to driver Heavy Vehicles. 3) Must possess a minimum 3 years experience as Heavy Vehicle Driver
9. Senior Factory Assistant - Must have passed +2 (or) Must possess ITI in any trade.

10. Technician (Lab) - 1. Must pass in 10th Std. / S.S.L.C. or its equivalent. 2. Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Government /Government approved institutions. 3. 10 years experience in MPCS. 4. Should have remaining service minimum 5 years.
11. Extension Officer II - 1.Must be a graduate in any discipline and have passed in Cooperative training and completion of 10 years of service in MPCS (or) 2. A pass in 10th Std. / SSLC exam or its equivalent and have passed in Cooperative Training with 15 years experience in MPCS. 3. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A(Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training.
12. Junior Executive (Office) - 1. Must be a Graduate in any discipline. 2. Must possess a Cooperative Training. Exemption for B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from possessing cooperative training. 3. Must have completed 10 Years of service in MPCS 4.Should have remaining service of 5 years.
13. Junior Executive (Typing) - 1. Must be a graduate in any discipline with Typewriting Higher Grade in English and Lower Grade in Tamil. b. Pass in Co-operative Training. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A. (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing cooperative training. c. Must have completed 10 years of service in MPCS. d. Should have remaining service of minimum of 5 years.
