Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 27 years as on 22-09-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 Standard or 12th class pass from recognized University/ Board of School Education Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject (excluding vocational streams), Should have studied local language of the State or Union Territory of Tamilnadu Postal Circle or Hindi as a subject at least in Matriculation or equivalent for Sr.No:1 Post, Matriculation from a recognized Board/ University for Sr.No:2 Post, Matriculation/ ITI or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University for Sr.No:3 Post. Candidates who have represented the country in an International competition with the clearance of the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports. For other Sports Qualification refer Notification.
