Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Board of
Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS)-Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) sponsored research
project (No.34/14/52/2014/BRNS/2069, dated 12/12/14) at Department of Chemistry, National
Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Interested and eligible candidates may send his/her CV

Title of the project:
"Nano silica immobilized acylthiourea complexes for catalytic applications"
Eligibility: The applicant should have a master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline with
at least 55% marks. Candidates with NET/GATE qualification will be preferred.
The fellowship amount: Rs 16,000 per month (Consolidated).
Duration: Initially for two years as JRF, may be upgraded to SRF for third year.
Only short-listed candidates will be informed by e-mail for interview. No TA/DA will be paid to
the candidates appearing for the interview.
