Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have Masters in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics, at least three years research experience after completion of master degree.and at least 1 Publication in indexed international journal. 

Desirable: Specific requirements for the position;. The selected candidate will work with Dr. Areejit Samal on a project whose goal is to develop better constraint - based modelling methods to integrate next generation RNA - seq and CHIP - seq data into the FBA models of available genome scale metabolic networks. The candidate should necessarily have a background in computational biology or Bioinformatics. Prior knowledge of analysis of biological networks and next generation sequencing datasets is desirable.
