Pharmacist
|
i. A Diploma in Pharmacy
ii. Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council and must keep the registration alive by renewing it regularly every year.

2.

Audiometrician
|
i. Must have passed HSC with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or physics, Chemistry, Biology with any one of the related subjects.
ii. Must have passed a One year certificate course in Audiometry from Government Medical Institutions under the control of the Director of Medical Education or in any other Institution recognized by the State or Central Government.

Dental Hygienist
|
(i) Must have completed SSLC with eligibility for college Course of studies and
(ii) Must have Successfully completed a course of Dental Hygienist in any recognised Dental Institution in India. Provided that if candidates possessing the qualifications mentioned in clause(ii) are not available, persons possessing previous experience in Dental Hygiene with other prescribed qualification shall be eligible for appointment to the post.

Prosthetic Craftsman
|
a) Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination and
b) Must have obtained two years diploma in Prosthetics and orthotics awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education or its equivalent Diploma from any other Institution recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
|
5.
|
ECG Technician
|
i. Must have passed PUC under old regulations; (or) A pass in Plus 2 course with eligibility for University course of study. and
ii. Must have passed one year certificate course in Electro Cardiogram or Treadmill Technician conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
|
6.
|
Laboratory Technician Grade II
|
A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology course (two years duration) conducted by the King Institute of Preventive Medicine or from any other institution recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose. Provided that, if candidates with the above qualification are not available then candidates with Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology ( One year ) duration conducted by the institutions recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose shall be appointed.

Radiographer
|
Must have passed two years Diploma course in Radio Diagnosis Technology conducted by the Board of Para Medical Education under the Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu at Government Medical Institution or from any other Institution recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose.
