Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years for Gen, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC, 40 years for PWD-Gen, 43 years for PWD-OBC & 45 years for PWD-SC candidates. Cutoff date for determining age limit is 27-09-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Diploma in Auto/ Mechanical Engg/ P.G Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or P.G with valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License for Post 1, Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom/ E & T Engineering or M.Sc in Physics with Electronics for Post 2, Graduation for Post 3, P.G Degree/ Graduation in Commerce with Diploma in Finance & Accounts/ ICWA (Inter)/ C.A (Inter) for Post 4, Diploma in Materials Management/ Inventory/ Stock Control for Post 5, B.Com/ Graduation with typing speed of 30 wpm & Certificate/ Diploma for Posts 6 & 7, Intermediate for Post 8 and Passed in Matric with valid Driving License for Heavy Vehicle for Post 9.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test, Physical Standards Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Typing Test, HV Driving Skills Test and Personal Interview.

Registration Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.300/- for Gen/ OBC and Rs.100/- for SC/ ST, PWD & Ex-Servicemen candidates, through the downloaded SBI payment Challan Form in any branch of State Bank of India on ONGC Account No.30827318409, Branch Code.1576.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the ONGC website http://www.ongcindia.com/ from 06-09-2014 by 10.00 hrs to 27-09-2014 by 18.00 hrs. After applying online, take print out of Registration Slip for future reference.

1. Pay the Fee as mentioned above.
2. Candidates must have valid e-mail id, mobile number and scanned photograph, signature.
3. Log on to the website http://www.ongcindia.com.
4. Click on Careers —> Notices —> Southern Sector Rectt —> Chennai Posts.
5. Click on desired post online link.
6. Fill all the mandatory details and Submit error free application form.
7. A System generated unique Registration Number will be displayed, note it.
8. Take print out of Registration Slip for future reference.
