Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree in Chemistry with Specialization in Analytical/ Applied/ Industrial/ Inorganic/ Organic/ Physical Chemistry for Sl no 1 Post, Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Petroleum Engineering for Sl no 2 Post, 3 years Diploma in Auto/ Mechanical Engineering/ Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management/ Administration for Sl no 3 Post, 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering for Sl no 4 Post, 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Sl no 5 Post and refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Written test, Physical Standards Measurement Test, Vision Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Heavy Vehicle Driving Skills Test, Stenography Test, Type Test and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.300/- for GEN/ OBC and Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXS through SBI Bank Challan in any Branch of State Bank of India deposited in ONGC A/c Number 30827318409, Branch Code: 1576.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply Online through the website “www.ongcindia.com” from 06-09-2014, 10:00 hrs to 27-09-2014 by 18:00 hrs.

Instructions to Online Application:
1. Before Applying candidates should have valid E-mail ID, Mobile Number.
2. Candidates should Scan copies of passport size colour photograph (50 KB size) and signature (20 KB size).
3. Log on to the website www.ongcindia.com.
4. Click on “Careers”—–>”Notices”.
5. Click on “Recruitment for ONGC – Chennai / ONGC – Karaikal / ONGC – Rajahmundry & Kakinada”.
6. Read all the Instructions and click on Apply Online.
7. Fill the details like name, fathers name and upload photo and signature.
8. Make payment through Challan as mentioned in application fee.
9. Enter the payment details and click on Submit button.
10. After submission a Unique Registration No is generated, retain it for future use.
11. Take print out of filled online application & Registration Slip, retain them for future reference.
