Applications are invited for the recruitment of one (01) Post-Doctoral-Research Associate / Project Fellow for the UGC Centre for Southern Asia Studies on temporary basis.
Qualifications Required:
Essential:
(1) Second Class Master Degree in Political Science/ International Relations / Defence Studies / Economics or related disciplines from a recognised institution.with a minimum of 55% marks for general category candidate and 50% in case of SC/ST/PH.
(2) Ph.D in Political Science / International Relations / Defence Studies / Economics or related disciplines from a recognised institution.
(3) Knowledge of research methodology, proficiency in English language and computer knowledge in MS office, internet and web search.
In case of non-availability of appropriate candidate with Ph.Ddegree, a Master degree holder in any of the above subjects preferably with M.Phil / UGC NET can be appointed as Project Fellow.
Desirable: Good number of publications in national / international journals of repute.
Age: Below 40 years on the date of interview.
