• Prioritizing requirements, Creating JDs, Advertising Vacancies, Shortlisting Profiles, Scheduling Tests and Interviews
• Employee Background Verification
• Employee Offer Letter Generation
• Joining Formalities & Documentation
• Exit Formalities & Settlement Process
• Employees Personal File Maintenance
• Assisting the HR Manager in HR and Other General Administrative Functions

Job Specification

• Male Applicants preferred
• MBA in HR Preferred
• Should be able to adapt to situations and act smart
• 0 to 2 years of Experience
