Details:
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1. Security Assistant/ Motor Transport (SA/MT)
–
Essential Qualification:
(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or
equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
(ii) Possession of domicile certificate of
that State against which candidate has applied.
(iii) Possession of valid driving license for
motor cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority;
(iv) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The
candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and
(v). Experience of driving a motor car for at
least one year after obtaining valid driving license.
Desirable Qualification: Possession of valid
driving license for motorcycle issued by the competent authority.
2. Multi Tasking Staff (General) (MTS/Gen) –
Essential Qualification:
(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or
equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
(ii) Possession of domicile certificate of
that State against which candidate has applied.
Desirable Qualification: Possession of valid
driving license for motorcycle issued by the competent authority.
Age Limit: (As on 13.11.2023)
1. Security Assistant/ Motor Transport (SA/MT) –
Not exceeding 27 Years
2. Multi Tasking Staff (General) (MTS/Gen) – 18 to
25 years
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.

Salary Details:
1. Security Assistant/ Motor Transport (SA/MT)
– Level-3 (Rs. 21700-69100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt.
allowances.
2. Multi Tasking Staff (General) (MTS/Gen) –
Level-1 (Rs. 18000-56900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.
Selection Process:
Intelligence Bureau may follow the following
process to select the candidates.
1. Tier-I Exam, Tier-II Exam
2. Interview
Intelligence Bureau SA & MTS Syllabus
& Exam Pattern:
Application Fee:
For Male Candidates of General, EWS and OBC
Categories – Rs.500/-
For All Others – Rs.50/-
Note 1: The applicants shall pay the
Application Fee as indicated in the Table Above through Online Payment Mode
Only.
Note 2: Ex-servicemen who have already secured
employment in civil side under Central Govt In Group ‘C’ post on regular basis
after availing benefits of reservation given to them are required to pay the
Examination Fee, i e. Rs. 50/- also along with Recruitment Processing Charges
of Rs. 450/-.
Note 2: The PwD candidates applying for the
post of MTS/Gen are exempted from Examination Fee (Rs.50/-), however they will
have to pay the Recruitment Processing Charges (Rs. 450/-)
Note 3: Banking charges, if applicable, will
be borne by the candidate.

Intelligence Bureau website in the careers webpage under current openings
section i.e. https://www.mha.gov.in/ from 14.10.2023 to 13.11.2023. No other
mode of application will be accepted.
