Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: 

1. Management Trainee (General) – Degree with Ist class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management Or Human Resource Or Industrial Relation Or Marketing Management Or Supply Chain Management from recognized University/Institutions. Experience: Nil

2. Management Trainee (Technical) – First Class PG degree in Agriculture with Entomology Or Biochemistry Or Microbiology Or OR First Class PG in Bio-Chemistry Or Zoology with Entomology from recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to those who also possess PG Diploma in Warehousing and Cold Chain Management/Quality Management from recognized University/ Institution.  Experience: Nil

3. Accountant – B.Com or B.A. (Commerce) or CA or CWA or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about Minimum 03 years experience inMaintaining and auditing industrial accounts/ Commercial /Departmental Undertakings. Experience: 03 Years

4. Superintendent (General) – Post Graduate Degree in any Stream from a recognized University or Institution Experience: Nil

5. Junior Technical Assistant – Graduate in Agriculture or a Graduate with Zoology, Chemistry or BioChemistry as one of the subjects Experience: Nil

6. Superintendent (General)- SRD (North-Eastern Region states) – Post Graduate Degree in any Stream from a recognized University or Institution Experience: Nil

7. Junior Technical Assistant- SRD (North-Eastern Region states) – Graduate in Agriculture or a Graduate with Chemistry, Zoology or BioChemistry as one of the subjects Experience: Nil

Salary Details:

2. Management Trainee (Technical) – Rs.60000-180000 (E-3) (A Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 88,620/- shall be payable during training period)

3. Accountant – Rs.40000-140000 (E-1)

4. Superintendent (General) – Rs.40000-140000 (E-1)

5. Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) – Rs.29000-93000 (S-V)
