Eligibility Criteria for AIC MT 2025:
Educational Qualifications (as of 01.12.2024):
- Management Trainees (IT): A graduate or post-graduate in any discipline with at least 60% marks (for UR/OBC/EWS candidates) or 55% marks (for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Management Trainees (Actuarial): A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Operations Research, or a degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks (for UR/OBC/EWS candidates) or 55% (for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) and a minimum of 2 papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
- Management Trainees (Generalist): B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or MCA with 60% marks (for UR/OBC/EWS) or 55% marks (for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Essential Skills: Relevant certifications in software development, network administration, system administration, or information security will be considered an advantage for the Generalist role.
Age Limit (as of 01.12.2024):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Relaxations:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years

Pay Scale for AIC MT 2025:
- Management Trainees (IT, Actuarial, and Generalist): Rs. 50,925 – Rs. 96,765
