HBCSE Eligibility Criteria:

 Educational Qualification for HBCSE: 

1. Project Scientific Officer (B) – Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. Full time Master of Science in any field of Biology with aggregate of Sixty Percentage marks or equivalent CGPA.  2. One year post qualification experience in the Appropriate field.  Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. Knowledge of personal computers and use of standard software.  2. Proficiency in graphic design or bioinformatics software.  3. Proficiency in English and.or experience with science outreach.

2. Project Scientific Assistant (B) –  Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. Full time B.Sc. in Life Sciences. Microbiology. Botany. Zoology. Biotechnology. Biochemistry with aggregate of Sixty Percentage marks or equivalent CGPA.  2. Proficiency with personal computers and their programs 3. 0 to 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.  Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. M.Sc. in Microbiology. Botany. Zoology. Life Sciences. Biotechnology. Biochemistry with aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation.  2. Proficiency in English and.or experience with science outreach.

3. Project Assistant – Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. Full time Graduate with Fifty Percentage marks or equivalent CGPA of any aggregate Institute.  2. A minimum of one year’s experience in correspondence and secretarial work in a sizable, well-known company.  3. Knowledge of typing.  4. Proficiency in using personal computers and applications, supported by certifications from government-approved organizations. Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. Good written & oral communication skills.  2. The candidate with experience in purchase & stores will be given preference.

4. Project Work Assistant – Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. Passed S.S.C. OR Equivalent from a recognized Board.  2. Minimum one year experience.  Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. 10 + 2 qualification.  2. Should know how to use computers, email, printers, and scanning devices.  3. Good communication skills.

5. Project Work Assistant –  Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. Passed S.S.C. OR Equivalent from a recognized Board.  2. Minimum one year experience.  Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. 10 + 2 qualification.  2. Should have experience as attendant in a reputed organization.

6. Project Work Assistant –  Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central.State Board Examinations).  2. Minimum One year experience.  Desirable Qualification & Experience:  1. Preference will be given to the candidates with 12th (Any stream) with minimum of overall Sixty Percentage marks.  2. Two (2) years of experience working in a physics lab or a similar field.  3. Fundamental understanding of basic instrument repair and troubleshooting.

7. Project Work Assistant –  Essential Qualification & Experience:  1. S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central.State Board Examinations).  2. Minimum One year experience.  Desirable Qualification & Experience: Basic knowledge of computers and its application.

8. Clerk Trainee –  Essential Qualification:  1. Graduate from a recognized University. Institute.  2. Proficiency with personal computers and software, as well as typing.

9. Technical Trainee- Civil – Essential Qualification: A full-time diploma in civil engineering from an institution or university recognized by the government is a prerequisite. Desirable Qualification: Proficiency with personal computers and software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and others is a desirable qualification.

10. Tradesman Trainee- Plumber –  Essential Qualification: ITI i.e. NTC (aggregate of Sixty Percentage marks) awarded by NCVT in ‘Plumber’ Appropriate discipline.  Desirable Qualification: Basic knowledge of plumbing and fitting materials & tools.

11.Tradesman Trainee- Carpenter –  Essential Qualification: ITI i.e. (NTC) (aggregate of Sixty Percentage marks) awarded by NCVT in ‘Carpenter’ Appropriate discipline.  Desirable Qualification: Basic knowledge of carpentry and furnishing materials & tools.

1. Project  Scientific Officer (B) – Max 28 years

2. Project Scientific Assistant (B) – Max 28 years

3. Project Assistant –Max 28 years

4. Project Work Assistant –UR –Max 28 years . OBC -Max 31 years

5. Clerk Trainee –Max 28 years

6. Technical Trainee (Civil) –Max 28 years

7. Tradesman Trainee (Plumber) –Max 28 years

8. Tradesman Trainee (Carpenter) –Max 28 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC. ST Applicants: 5 years

For OBC Applicants: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen. EWS) Applicants: 10 years

For PwBD (SC. ST) Applicants: 15 years

For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years

For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Pay Scale for HBCSE:

1. Project Scientific Officer (B) – Rs. 81900.- p.m.

2. Project Scientific Assistant (B) – Rs. 62200.- p.m

3. Project Assistant –Rs. 40000.- p.m.

4. Project Work Assistant – Rs. 31500.- p.m.

5. Clerk Trainee – Rs. 22000.- p.m

6. Technical Trainee (Civil) – Rs. 23000.- p.m.

7. Tradesman Trainee (Plumber) – Rs. 18500.- p.m

8. Tradesman Trainee (Carpenter) – Rs. 18500.- p.m

1. written tests, skill test
