AAI Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for AAI Junior Executive 2025:
Junior Executive (Fire Services):
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Tech in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Junior Executive (Human Resources):
- Qualification: Graduate with MBA or equivalent (2 years’ duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Junior Executive (Official Language):
- Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Hindi or English with Hindi or English as a subject at the undergraduate level, or Post-graduate in another subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the undergraduate level.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in translation, preferably from technical or scientific literature, from Hindi to English and vice versa. Experience must be post-qualification.
Age Limit for AAI Junior Executive 2025 (As of 18.03.2025):
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): Maximum age of 27 years
- Junior Executive (Human Resources): Maximum age of 27 years
- Junior Executive (Official Language): Maximum age of 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Applicants: 5 years

- PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
