Qualifications: 

(i) Educational General : Must possess the minimum General Educational Qualification with eligibility for Higher Secondary course. 

Technical : L.E.E or a certificate in Electrician issued by a recognized ITI in TamilNadu with practical experience in Electrical O & M in the type of work concerned for a period not less than 5 Years. Craftsmanship certificate in the trade of Lineman and Wireman issued by the Ministry of L & E, Government of India. 

2. Scale of pay : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900/- 

3.Age : SCA candidates : 35 years 

4. Reservation : SCA-Women Priority or Non Priority
