Qualification	(a) B.V.Sc., Degree (now known as B.V.Sc. & A.H.,) and (b) Must have passed Tamil as one of the languages in Higher Secondary Public Examination or its equivalent and Note: Must be a Registered Veterinary Practitioner within the meaning of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984)
Note: (i) The qualification prescribed for the posts should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the following order of studies: 10th + HSC or its equivalent + Bachelor‟s degree as required under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.

Explanation: No maximum age limit shall mean that the applicants should not have completed 58 years of age either on the date of notification or at the time of selection /appointment to the post.

AGE CONCESSION:

(i) For Differently Abled Persons : Differently Abled Persons are eligible for age concession upto 10 years over and above the maximum age limit prescribed. (Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016)

(ii) For Ex-servicemen :

a) The maximum age limit for ex-servicemen is 48 years. (Section 63 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016)

For the post of Assistant Section Officer in Hindi:

Qualification

“A Degree of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission with Hindi in any one of the parts in the Degree course. ” Provided that adequate knowledge of Tamil is essential for the language sections other than Tamil Language section

Note :

(i) The qualification prescribed for this post should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies viz. 10th + HSC or its equivalent + U.G. Degree Standard as stipulated in Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016. The results of exam should have been declared on or before the date of Notification.

(ii) Applicants claiming equivalence of qualification to the prescribed qualification should upload and submit evidence for equivalence of qualification in the form of G.O. issued prior to the date of this notification when called for, failing which, their application will be summarily rejected.

(iii) The G.Os issued regarding equivalence of prescribed qualification after the date of this notification will not be accepted

(or) (b) Must be an Assistant Public Prosecutor having not less than 3 years of experience as an Advocate and / or Assistant Public Prosecutor
2.	For Fresh Law Graduates	(i) Must be a fresh Law Graduate possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University as mentioned in Clause-I (i) above, (ii) Must be eligible to be enrolled as an advocate. (iii) Must have secured an overall percentage of marks in acquiring the Bachelor‟s Degree of Law as below:- (a) 45% Marks in case of Reserved Categories (i.e SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs(OBCMs) and BCMs). (b) 50% Marks in case of Open Category (i.e Others). (iv) Must have obtained the Bachelor‟s Degree of Law within a period of three years prior to the date of notification.
