Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed the Post Graduation Degree of this University or of any other University in Tamil Nadu with minimum 55% of marks in their respective subject.

Application Form: Candidates can be obtained from the Registrar by sending a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of The Registrar, Periyar University, Salem-11, payable at Salem with a self addressed envelope (25cmx12cm) stamped to the value of Rs.40/- or can be down loaded from Periyar University Website. No fee for SC/ ST candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates can be selected based on written test & interview.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for University Research Fellowship in the Department of Physical chemistry. Eligibility : 1. M.Sc in Physical / Inorganic / Organic / Analytical / General

 Chemistry with First  class or                         High Second class. 

                   2. Candidates with Research Experience or doing Ph.D will be given

 preference. 

Duration : Three years 

Fellowship: Rs. 5000/- per month & Contingency amount Rs. 3000/- per annum.
