NOTE:
Candidates
will be eligible for House Rent Allowance as per Institute norms,
subject to eligibility.
Other things are being
equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
The
Principal Investigator has the discretion to restrict the number of
candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the
basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum
prescribed in the announcement.

NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for University Research Fellowship in the Department of Physical chemistry. The application forms can be obtained from the Research Project officer, University of Madras, Chennai – 05 by way of Demand draft for Rs. 200/- favoring “The Registrar, University of Madras”. Eligibility : 1. M.Sc in Physical / Inorganic / Organic / Analytical / General
Chemistry with First class or High Second class.
2. Candidates with Research Experience or doing Ph.D will be given
preference.
Duration : Three years
Fellowship: Rs. 5000/- per month & Contingency amount Rs. 3000/- per annum.
