Educational Qualification:

1.	Programme Executive	i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline ii) Minimum 5 years of working experience in cultural field with Central Government / State Governments or their autonomous bodies / Universities OR reputed cultural organizations
2.	Assistant Programme Executive	Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline i) Experience of working in cultural field with Central Government / State Governments or their autonomous bodies / Universities OR reputed cultural organisations. ii) Knowledge and fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English languages.
3.	Junior Hindi Translator	Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University with Hindi as main subject
4.	Junior Assistant	i) 10 +2 from any recognized Board / University. ii) Typist speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi or bilingual on computer iii) Proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
