- MT (Electronics) Grade II: First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Electronics or equivalent.
- MT (Mechanical) Grade II: First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- MT (Electrical) Grade II: First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- MT (Computer Science) Grade II: First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- MT (Cyber Security) Grade II: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security or related fields, or relevant certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, or CISM.
- MT (Chemical) Grade II: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- MT (Civil) Grade II: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- MT (Business Development) Grade II: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- MT (Public Relations) Grade II: MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations/Communication.
- MT (Finance) Grade II: CA/ICWA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance.
- MT (Human Resources) Grade II: MBA in HR or equivalent.
