Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for Admin Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor's degree (Non-Engineering) with 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
- Desirable: MBA in a relevant field from a recognized institution, prior HR experience, proficiency in HRMS software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also preferred.
Educational Qualification for Accounts Assistant:
- Essential: B.Com degree with at least two years of experience in accounts, along with knowledge of Excel and Tally software.
- Desirable: M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounts, strong knowledge of Tally & Excel, and experience in managing finances and auditing. Excellent oral and written communication skills are preferred.
Age Limit (as of January 31, 2025):
- Admin Assistant: Maximum 35 years
- Accounts Assistant: Maximum 35 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Applicants: 5 years
- OBC Applicants: 3 years
- PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years

Pay Scale:
- Admin Assistant: Rs. 20,000 – 30,000 per month
