Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 30 years as of 30th September 2024.
- Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwD.
Salary: The pay scale for Management Trainees in E-2 grade is ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month, with an initial basic pay of ₹50,000 during the training period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Community Development: Minimum 2 years Postgraduate degree or diploma in related fields with 60% marks.
- Environment: 1st Class Degree in Environmental Engineering or Engineering degree with a PG Diploma in Environmental Engineering with 60% marks.
- Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Legal: Graduate in Law with 60% marks.
- Marketing & Sales: MBA/PG Diploma in Management with a Marketing specialization and 60% marks.
- Materials Management: Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) with 2 years MBA/PG Diploma in Management.
- Personnel & HR: Postgraduate degree in HR/Personnel Management with 60% marks.
- Security: Any Graduate.
- Coal Preparation: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical, Mineral Engineering, or related fields with 60% marks.
Selection Process: The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT), consisting of two papers:
- Paper I: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English.
- Paper II: Professional Knowledge (Discipline-specific).
