Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Estate Consultant:

• Essential: Any graduate, Retired Deputy Collector with a minimum of 10 years of service, extensive experience in land acquisition, legal matters, and dispute resolution, effective communication in English/Marathi.
• Desirable: Experience in land rehabilitation, proficiency in MS Office.

Estate Consultant:

• Essential: LLB graduate, Retired Tehsildar with at least 10 years of service, experience with government coordination on land matters, strong communication in English/Marathi.
• Desirable: Knowledge of land revenue matters, experience in land rehabilitation.

Analyst – Programmer:

• Essential: Any graduate, experience with land allotment and property tax, experience in handling court matters related to land schemes.
• Desirable: MCA, knowledge of computerized records.

Computer Operator:

• Essential: HSC graduate, proficiency in Marathi and English, expertise in MS Office, typing skills in English and Marathi.
• Desirable: Experience in updating records and statistical reporting.

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):

• Senior Estate Consultant, Estate Consultant, Analyst – Programmer: 58 to 65 years
• Computer Operator: 30 to 55 years

Pay Scale:

• Senior Estate Consultant, Estate Consultant, Analyst – Programmer: Rs. 65,000
• Computer Operator: Rs. 20,000
