- Qualified as a Company Secretary with valid ICSI membership.
- 3 years of work experience as a designated Company Secretary, preferably in a listed company, with experience in board matters and dealing with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, etc.
- Intermediate Passed (CS):
- Degree from a recognized university.
- Qualified at the Intermediate (Executive level) from ICSI.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):
- Company Secretary: Maximum age 30 years.
- Intermediate Passed (CS): Maximum age 22 years.
Pay Scale:
- Company Secretary: Rs. 1,00,000 per month.
- Intermediate Passed (CS): Rs. 20,000 per month.
