| Role Objective: Accountabilities: |
- Creating and managing projects plans for OS upgrades, system configuration changes, and any major changes to the environment.
- Ensuring SLAs and SLMs are met or exceeded; Adhering to the Change Management and Problem Management processes
- Performing problem management and meet system recovery requirements as defined by problem severity
- Ensure security patches are applied as as required by security guidelines
- Performing vendor management, such as reporting hardware failure and working to replace/repair equipment, and coordinating access for the vendor
- Troubleshooting issues, suggesting and implementing enhancements.
- Hardening of servers and handling new projects from an infrastructure perspective.
